I have recently found what looks like a tiny crab- like critter, no more than 1/16" across, walking across my bathroom floor. I didn`t examine it to count the legs, but it had claws, which were used to defend itself, as I did prod it with a stick. Has anyone ever seen such a critter?

If it looks like this:

It's what it says it is.

Maybe an earwig?

Not an earwig; they're bigger than 1/16 inch across. And they do not use their pincher as a defense mechanism, but more as a means of transportation (they grab a hold of clothing when you're outside and hitchhike their way inside).

Their called Liberalasstosis tics and they can suck the blood right out of you. They are hard to kill and once they bite they can leave all sorts of deceases. It will cause a feeling of lazyness and brain swelling. try and avoid them at all costs.

OR, it could be a conservatisosimousiss sabertooth flying crotch crickitus and in that case you better burn all your underwear. It's too late by then though, because your head has already swapped with the other end. (oops) Well, I love you too! :)
