Are there any Florida beekeepers on this forum? I have figured out that unless I can get bees going again on my property, I am going to have to radically change the type of crop I plant or get out of growing my own food. Have you escaped CCD? If so, where are you located? Are there any/many commercial crops grown around your place? Near as I can tell, ALL of the bees in Volusia County are now gone and I am wondering if it is now safe to start over as most of the commercial agriculture in my area is also gone.
