I would like to be able to click on New Post since last visit.
Almost all the other different forums I go to has that.

Go to the bottom of the main screen. "View the 50 most recent posts (http://www.backwoodshome.com/forum/yabb/forum.pl?action=recent) of this forum" is as close as you're going to get.

Thats kind of Dorky. Something like that should be at the top.
