Burgess Seed & Plant Co.?

Has anyone ordered from Burgess before? I just received the catalog and was thinking of ordering perhaps a willow tree and some blackberry plants. Any experience good or bad is appreciated.

I looked in my checkbook and i have an entry to them back in 06 for 45.00. I think it was for two pear trees and must have been some additional plants and seeds as well. The pear trees are growing fine. They must be okay, i'd remember a bad experience.

I ordered several things, including a lemon tree and some knock out roses. they were 2.95 and when they came I knew why, they were tiny slips, so was the lemon tree. I put them in nursery pots for the first season and they took off well, they are as big as the store bought ones now, the lemon tree has grown well, too.
