What to grow in the hoophouse?

Hi all. I'm new on here, although I'm a longtime reader of BHM.

We just moved to a great place (renting, though) that has LOTS of acreage and a huge hoophouse.

There's raised beds all over the place, including inside the greenhouse.

What sorts of things might I want to plant, and keep growing, in the greenhouse raised beds? I'm using it to start transplants, but I figured all those would go outside soon. I know I could do off-season growing in there, but I'm kind of stumped for summer plantings.

We're in SW oregon, so it's warm, plenty of water, and pretty good soil on the rest of the place.

I'd ask around the area to get a idea what you might grow. Also you might look in the beds to see if there is any perreinials starting to peek up. I once lived in a rented house that had beds. I was so ecited that I rototilled up all the flower beds and later found out that I had tilled a bunch of herbs and flowers up. I found them out when I had my planted flowers up.
