I've been trying to find a tiller that will run off the PTO of my Ford 600 tractor. We had one, but my dad sold it and I sure miss it. I guess I'll try to locate a used one as my budget will not handle a new one. Anyone ever use one?

I use one a lot, as i do custom tillage from garden size to fields. Because they make me money i buy the toughest ones on the market as i never know what i'll hit, and i always hit something! Also there's always rocks, and they will destroy a cheapo tiller.

As for used ones, you buy them where you can find them but i'd NEVER buy one that parts aren't still available for it.

We have a Hanson 3 pt hitch, 5 foot wide and we use it with our Massey Ferguson tractor. Use it for the garden, for the deer food plot and for wildflowers.

I would use mine about the same as Penny does. I could lower it just a little way to "scratch" up the ground for deer plots.
