Hi Paul! Just wanted to say how great I think it is that you are offering your land here first! Sounds like a great deal for somebody in the area and that way you'll get like minded "neighbors" as well! I put neighbors in " " cause I know you said you are 22 mile away. Hopefully somebody here will take you up on it!
