I've just posted pictures and detailed discussions about putting together a high tunnel and a low tunnel from a kit. My neighbors have these "tunnels" which are really greenhouses without all the vents and fans and what have you.

The materials look like they are good quality. Both kits were about $2,000, with some extras needing to be purchased. The most impressive part of the tunnels is that they have roll up sides. I'm not convinced that will work over the long haul in our windy area, but so far so good for my friends.

Here is the link that starts you out with the low tunnel.

There is a link to the high tunnel on the low tunnel page and one to the low tunnel from the high tunnel page, so both discussions are easy to find.

For my money, in a more calm environment, I'd go for the bigger structure. It is spacious and the roll up sides work just fine even at 48 feet in length. However, with no ridge piece, and 6 foot on center spacing for the "ribs", I'd be apprehensive about the ability of the fabric to withstand heavy wet snows.
