It was fun to read the posts on the pulled pork. I bought several roasts when they were on sale a week ago. I plan on canning pulled pork as well. I cook one up last week just to see how well they cooked up. Yummy!
I cooked it all night long in my crock pot, then took it out and shredded it. My recipe for sauce is a bottle of heinz 57 sauce and equal amount of honey. Put that over the pulled pork and let it heat in the crock pot for another hour or so. Served with kaiser buns. It was delicious.
