limeade, limechiffon pie, lime sherbert, lime holiday sauce, lime marinade, lime salad dressing, lime cookies, lime cake, candied lime peel, dried lime peel, lime drops (candy), dried limes, lime potporee, use it to make a battery for a science project. Send some to me. ;) I can post some recipes when I have more time.

Other than send a half a million to me, why not dehydrate? First I would zest the skin and dehydrate the zest, then peel slice seed and dehydrate the meat. You could then grind (powder) the dehydrate slices and make lime salt (very expensive to buy), lime powder to add a zing to a thousand recipes (also very expensive), lime sugar. What about squeezing and canning the juice.... also could squeeze and freeze the juice in ice cube trays, then transfer to freezer bags when frozen. Limes are so expensive, any time I can find them on sale, the above ideas are what I do, so I always have some lime powder and lime juice on hand... I envy you!
PS: I have always wanted to make and can lime curd (kind of like a lime marmalade), but never could afford enough limes to do this. You are lucky, unless you hate the taste of limes.

Make and water bath pint jars of margarita sour mix. All you will need to do is add the tequila.

I would juice them and can the juice, then there is no hurry to decide which of the above ideas to use. I would make some of that lime marmalade too..that sounds wonderful!! ;D

I agree with Diamon Girl. My first thought was,"Margaritaville, here I come!"
