Canning Peppers?

Howdy gang!

I was wanting to can some hot peppers. I would like to can them like you would find them in the store for something like nachos.

I can't seem to find a recipe in any of my books. I would assume that it is merely a measured amount of water and vinegar, but I don't know how much.

Can anyone help?
