I have some hamburger in my freezer that has been in there a year. I've been trying to use it up. I read about JC canning chili and I wondered if it would be okay to use this beef to make a big pot of chili and then can it. I'd appreciate any advice please! Thank you!
I SEE NO PROBLEM WITH USING YOUR HAMBUGER IN THIS WAY, I USUALLY MAKE A BIG POT OF CHILI, THAN I CAN IN IN QUART JARS- MAKE SURE TO USE A PRESSURE CANNER- AND I CAN 60 MNUTES AT 10 POUND PRESSURE-AFTER I FULLY COOK CHILE
