Relish recipe for canning??

Does anyone have a good SIMPLE canning recipe for tomato/cucumber/ onion relish? Preferable one that can be canned in the boiling bath. Onions are not critical, but I have to use up a bunch of tomatoes and cucumbers, and prefer using vinegar in it. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't say that I know of any recipe that contains all three ingredients, though I know of a few that contain either cucumbers and onions or green tomatoes and onions. However, if you don't mind making a couple of different recipes, then there are plenty of options available. Bread and butter pickles or cucumber relish would make good use of the cucumbers and onions. Stewed tomatoes or salsa would make good use of the tomatoes.

Thanks, "Southern", I am inclined to agree with you. I just wanted the easy way out. But yes, I have made a couple of batches of salsa, and I guess the cucumber relish is next. Thanks for your input.
