Does anyone have any tried and true goat cheese recipes? I just made a gouda that turned out great.

Fetta, not 'feta': chili, not 'chilli'. Most of know how to make cheese, but every cheese is different. How did you do yours? Temperature; time; additions; pressed, or hung out to dry; what did you begin with?
