Irish Cream Recipe

In a blender, mix the following ingredients. This can be refrigerated for up to one month. (doesn't last that long in our house, it's so good)

1 3/4 cup of EITHER (irish whiskey, rum, or scotch)
1 (14oz) can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whipping or light cream
4 eggs
2 tsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract

??? Okay Darrel, I'll bite. Just what exactly do you do with the Irish Cream you make? Do you drink it as is or do you add it to something else?

Is that something like Bailey's?

Drink as is
Drink in something else, like coffee
Drink over ice
Yes, it's like Baileys
The best part is you can tone up or tone down the recipe's sweetness or the alcoholic strength.
