Don't use prepackaged boloney. go to the meat counter and have them slice off some slices that are 1/4 - 5/16 inches thick. Put a bit of butter in a skillet, and get it fired up. Toss in a few pieces of sweet onion, and let it sweeten up. Cut around 4 or 5 notches on the edge of your boloney (so it won't curl up or bubble) and toss it into the butter in the pan. After it's brown on one side, flip it, and put a slice of hot pepper cheese on the side that's browned. Let the other side get browned and put it on a toasted bun. I like to put some brown mustard or some sweet mustard on it with the slices of onion and chow down. Some tater chips and a pickle or 2...
This is a quick easy lunch.

Heck, we practically lived out of a cast iron skillitt when we were young, so naturally we were used to fried baloney, fried eggs, fried chicken, fried spaghetti, fried hot dogs and egg and Velveeta cheese sammys and so forth.
