I guess that's what you call it anyway...salsa with meat and cheese ;D
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 16 oz. jar of your favorite chunky salsa
1 block of Velveeta (the Great Value version of this @ Wal-Mart works just as well)
Brown and drain the ground beef in a colander, rinsing with warm water to remove any excess grease. Cut Velveeta into small cubes (this helps it melt better). Throw everything into a microwave-safe bowl, preferably one big enough to hold everything and give you plenty of mixing room. Microwave on high for several minutes, watching for the Velveeta to become melted into the other ingredients (my little 625 watt microwave oven takes 6-8 mins to do this). Take it out, stir it up well, and enjoy with tortilla chips or Fritos Scoops.
