I peel golden or white potatoes and cut them into chunks smaller than a golf ball, then shake them in a bag with dry Italian seasoning mix. A medium tater makes about 6 chunks.

I bake them on an oiled cookie sheet for 25-35 minutes at 350 - 400 degrees - watch them and take them out when they're tender and browned. (The time and temperature vary according to what else I'm baking for supper!)

They sell something like this in the freezer case, but it's EXPENSIVE and these are cheap! (But good!)
