I don't know why it's called that, but here goes.

Take two cups of pretzels...crushed fine.
1 and 1/2 sticks of soft butter
2 tablespoons of sugar

Mix together. Press onto the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375* and then let it cool.

While that's going on, Take 1 cup of 10x powdered sugar, 8 oz. of very soft cream cheese, 2 cups of Cool Whip. Spread this on the crust you earlier baked.

Finally take a can of Pineapple filling, and spread this out over the layer of stuff you just put down. Chill this in the ice box until it's set up.

This is perhaps the most fantastic dessert I have ever tasted. Hope you enjoy it.

mmmmmm....I for one will certainly try this....I like quick things, and I love the contrast of salty and sweet. Thanks!
