Boil in water some boneless, skinless chicken breasts, until they are thoroughly cooked.
Cut the chicken into small cubes or shred it. Take two cups of the chicken meat.
While you're messing with the chicken, steam some fresh broccoli until it turns bright green.
Mix the chicken and the cut up broccoli and add two ten ounce cans of cream of chicken soup, 3/4 cup of mayonaisse, and 1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Stir all of this together. Put all of this in a baking dish. Here comes the best part. The part that people will covet. In a skillet, melt some butter (maybe 1/2 a stick). Tear up some bread so that they're bite sized pieces. Start dipping the pieces of bread in the melted butter, and then cover the entire chicken casserole with this stuff)
Bake it at 350* for 25 - 30 minutes or until you see the bread beginning to brown. (Chicken is already cooked, so you don't need to worry about it).
Good stuff.
