I use this for chicken mostly, but I'm certain it would be good with duck, dove, pheasant, turkey...you name it.
I take the chicken tenderloins and put them on a little tray that I make of no-stick foil. Put this on the grill under medium heat for about 3 or 4 minutes. While that's going on, take a big blob of mayonaisse. Put it in a bowl. Add a smaller blob of dijon mustard. Add another small blob of honey. Stir all of this stuff up. Take it out to the grill and start smothering all the fowl with it. I take it off the foil so it can get flamed a bit directly on the rack...turn, then lift them onto a plate and serve. I took some of these to work and shared them with some co-workers and they went bonkers.
