My bowl of eggs got pushed to the back of the fridge and now they are half froze. Their is no way we will eat that many eggs up this week, my question is can i crack them, put them in freezer bags, throw them in the freezer and use them through the winter for baking?
Thank You

I have frozen eggs in the past with success. The only difference I found was that they have a tendency to be a little bit watery when they thaw. If you use them in baking you might take that into consideration and cut back the liquid a bit. I have cracked the eggs and mixed the yolks into the whites and froze them like that and used them for scrambled eggs too. Good luck.
Have a great day!

Get ice cube trays & put 1 egg per square in trays. When frozen solid just pop out of the ice trays & place in ziploc bag in freezer.

Thanks very much. Now they will not go to waste and i can use them in the winter when the hens dont lay.
Thanks again
