Just saw the first ad today in the paper. A company is wanting to lease land in parts of wyoming that has more wind than other parts. To put up their giant windmills. I kinda figured something like that would happen someday.
I had a guy stop by here a couple weeks ago asking if i would lease him the "wind" over my farm. He's trying to sew up all the wind "up wind" of the place where they plan to put a wind turbine in...
He left a packet of lit, that explains all they plan to do ect...

As one said earlier on," It's not nice living near those wind mills" So he wanted to lease the wind. That's just not right. The wind is a natural man made thing , it belongs to every one.

All he's really doing is, guaranteeing that nothing on my farm will be built high enough that it will block the wind from going to his turbine. Sooo, for that part of the lease, i don't see anything at all wrong with it... Actually, I don't see anything wrong with anything he wants to do, and i'm not obligated to lease to him anyway.
