The ad at the top..

What is with that ad at the top of the page that is showing up.. I try to get out of it, but no matter what I do, it takes me to an ad for land in the Ozarks.. I tried clicking on the X to get out, no go, it takes me to the ad.. Even when I clicked on the 'ignore' still took me there. That is not right ,,, Or is it only me..

If you don't click on it, it shouldn't take you there.... If you still have trouble, close your browser, clear the cache and restart the browser.

Like Paul said, just leave it alone and ignore it. It's irritating but that's what you get with free sites. They have to pay for it one way or another.

The ad is a spoof of an old Windows error message and has been running on the BHM site for many years.

It says "Error! - buy rural land" in the blue stripe at the top, and below the banner it says "Advertisement."

As with all advertisements, we hope that you will check out the advertisers who support us, and the ones whose ads appear via Google, but you can simply ignore them all, too.
