I love to cook - it's a passion - some say an extreme passion. I'm having to learn to garden all over again because I've moved to New Zealand from Canada and can have a winter garden for the first time!
Canning jars are nearly impossible to find here so I've had some problems there.
I'd like to find someone to write to and discuss ideas.

Canning is so big in Australia, surprised you cant find all you need there (less shipping than from the States LOL)

Also, dont give up on dehydrating.... I dehydrate about as much as I can anymore.
