Aged cheddar

On another forum, a member came across a country store in Wisconsin(go figure) that had 11 year old cheddar for sale.
I'm curious as to just how many "years of aging" is available for cheddar cheese, and, most importantly, where it can be purchased!

I have found seven year cheddar here in Minnesota.
I love to go over to Wisconsin and drive through the rural areas, you will come upon small dairies that make their own cheese and they are dotted all over the southern part of the state, at least in the area where we have been.
