HELP.....I can't get in there!

I set up a user name, pw, got approved from the site (someone told me they didn't have to do that?), clicked on the link I was sent, takes me to the opening forum page, and no matter how I get to that point, even if I clik on the Forum/Chat info link to the left in the green, that same page comes up with a big blank thing w/the red x in the top left hand corner, so that there is no place for me to log in! Why is it doing that? Is anyone else having that trouble. HELP!

Im not very skilled at computer trouble shooting but i ran test and had no diffculties getting in to chat.

Directly under enter forum on left side of page is member chat
click on it and enter your choice chat room. Good luck.

That's what I did before and again, and just a blank page comes up or rather the area that the chat rooms should show up on ??? I'm going to do some troubleshooting under the help link later. I have java enabled on my computer, sooooo I don't know, will have to keep working on it. :-/ Thanks for the repl

you have to have JAVA installed.

Go here, Grab this & install then try : D

PS the page will recognise the browser you are using & give you the correct download automaticly, so if you plan to install it on a different pc then the one you visit the site from be sure to hit manual download & pick the correct version for your browser !!!
