I would not even consider paying them a penny for the plans. That is a scam, you can not get energy out of nothing. Also do you really want to give your money to someone that claims they can’t build you the device because this knowledge is being suppressed, but they can sell you the plans and you can do it yourself?

That said, if there some plans for a decent-sized generator out there, they sure would be fun to have.

They sell magnets, but recommend making most of the generators/alternators out of salvage parts. This is a great site and has lots of information.
