BWH Cookbook

I finally subscribed to BWH during the holiday specials. (I had been buying individual issues.) I chose the Backwoods Home Cooking for my free anthology and it came today. I am super excited! This cookbook looks great and seems to really be put together well. I have wanted this for a long time and was able to take advantage of the special due to some Christmas monies given by my MIL. Thanks to everyone at BWH that helped put together this great collection of recipes and knowledge!

Hillybilly Gal, I just ordered a subscription and the Cookbook was one of my 2 bonus choices. I also got Jackie Clay's Starting Over. The cookbook looks wonderful, so many items that my family will love. Nicely done and I love the wire bound book. Easy to read while cooking! Good healthy food that is no too complicated to prepare, I love it! Nice Job folks!
