Has anyone used one of the battery desulfators? I have 6 five year old Trojan T-105 batteries in an old golf cart that I just got going again. I have ordered a new charger for if off ebay. But the batteries sat dead and mostly dry (low on fluid) for over a year. They have taken a charge doing them 2 at a time with a regular charger but they die fast, real fast. So taking a gamble I also ordered a desulfator and I am going to give it a try. But I was wondering if any of you had used them.

Thanks
Larry

As you can see I took it out of the case so we could see it.

Well in a couple weeks I will let you know if it worked.

Well the desulfator seems to work. The cart batteries are staying charged a lot longer now. We have gone from 1 mile rides to 2 or more long rides on a single charge.

Biggkidd,
can you give us an update on long term battery quality. I just bought a desulfator and am hooking it up to my golf cart batteries one at a time. I'm planning on one week on the desulfator for each battery not sure if this is long enough.
