Finally got around to getting the adapters since they were on clearance. * ;D
They might not be making them anymore, not this kind anyway. *All the others were much more expensive.

That's great! Messin' with just one size battery sure makes things more simple.. 8)

Most items that are designed to use "D" cells have a reason for it. These items use a little more energy and "AA" cells won't last very long. "D" cells usually have a higher mAh rating in most cases. This just means that you will be going through more "AA" cells BUT if the charging of them is free.. KUDOS!!
