Midwest Renewable Energy Fair '07

Well, just went to the mrea fair for the first time yesterday. Great time! I didn't get a whole lot of pics but here's a few anyway. I do wish I would have gotten some of the many "hippies" or hippie wannabes as it were. ::)

There were more than a few Amish there as well. I was wondering after the fact if using electricity is OK for them as long as they produce it themselves. ??? Anyone know any Amish?

I've attended every year since '98, and am a member of the Midwest Renewable Energy Association (MREA), the groups which puts on this wonderful event.

I am still putting together the 20-30 additional pix from this year's Fair, to augment the 2005 photos (which generically depict the 2006 and 2007 Fair very well), and hope to have them posted by this coming weekend.

Enjoyed visiting with Dave Duffy, and purchasing another Anthology, so I could purge another year's worth of individual issues (to friends, of course)!
