I just spent several weeks in Europe and got back yesterday. Inconvenient time to go in spring, but my folks celebrated being married for 60 years.
my former neighbor told me that this spring some guy from some government department, I forgot which, came to her house and told her that they noticed her house was now 4 inches longer than before and they wanted to know why and what they did to it. ( as it turned out, they had added some kind of insulation that is applied to the outside. so they are looking via satellite and if they can tell that my neighbors house is 4 inches longer they can see how many chickens are running around in my yard, the color of my husbands underdrawers on the clothes line.
in times past our other neighbor, a farmer, used to pump pit her septic annually and spray it on his fields. no more, farmers are being watched and have to be afraid of doing anything not approved, from spraying to how much they plant of any one thing. My neighbor said, we have not been free farmers for a long time. another friend told about a friend of his in a city, who by chance discovered that his car had been photographed via satellite( in the course of the soccer world championship hassle) and that even the license plate could be read.
Maybe they can read the number of the tag in your goats ear.
