In the history of the United States we have had many different groups of citizens who have taken it upon themselves to protect our country. Some of them down through history:
Kentucky Voulnteers and Regulars
Illinois Militia
Nativists
Native American Party
Know Nothing Party
Border Ruffians
Quantrills Raiders
Vigilantoes
Knights of Labor
Strike Breakers
Japanese & Korean Exclusion League
White Supremacists
KKK
Skinheads
Minutemen
The one thing all have in common is the people they are protecting us from are another race and those who do not have protection. Another thing they have in common is they gather in groups and harrass the elderly, the women, the lone person in a strange land.
Some examples of their protection includes (Illinois Militia) an Indian massacre of an entire tribe while the Indians were under a flag of truce.
Asking Congress to put a tax on all Chinese immigrants
Dragging a migrant worker behing a pickup on a gravel road (Skinheads) and killing him.
Attacking elderly migratory workers ages 66,60,71, and 77 with iron pipes and stabbing with pitchforks. This happened in McGonigle Canyon, an area the (minutemen) would in later years organize an event to harass elderly migratory workers.
