I'm curious as to what time zone the BWH website forum is in. Right now it shows 11:55pm while my daughters computer says it's 9:03pm. We're in the central time zone so where the heck does the forum time come from? I thought the only zone earlier was the Eastern time zone which I believe is only one hour ahead. Can anyone unconfuse me? It's also strange to me that the time isn't exactly one or two hours different. just an hour and now 50 minutes as this computer now says 9:05 but the forum says 11:55 still.

The magazine is located in Oregon, Pacific time zone as am I. My offset is 0, as I think yours will be +2. I believe they changed it, it use to be your offset from Zulu time and mune was a -8. This seems much easier.

The BHM server is, indeed, in the Pacific time zone.

To change the time display so it matches your location, go to your profile and scroll down to the "Preferences" section where you can adjust your "Time Offset."

The Forum time is always displayed underneath, so just enter a positive number ( like 2 ) to add hours if you are east of the server or a negative number ( like -2 ) to subtract hours if you are west of the server.

Thanks Oliver. I reset the time but it's still about 7 minutes off. Ah well, as they say "close only counts in horshoes and hand grenades". LOL Close enough for government work though.
