This year I ended up with alot of table tomatoes...

This year I ended up with alot of table tomatoes vs paste so I decided to try making tomato powder out of them. So now theres One cup of rehydrated tomato sauce on my counter that doesnt taste too...

Has anyone ever tried to dehydrate pickles? Maybe sliced thin and done till crispy? I was thinking they would make for an interesting addition to trail mix or for just plain snacking......
