5 lbs of russet potatoes in the dehydrator take a little over 6 trays in a 5 tray Excalibur

Tomorrow it's garlic - outside and roasting a weeks worth of coffee - not in the Excalibur but roasting...

No expert by any means but if they got soggy and black my suspicion is that the berries cooked - not dried - too hot of temp and with the solid sheet - cookie sheet, etc, the air flow was not good...
