Today I'm dehydrating 2.5 pounds of sliced mushrooms. I bought them yesterday for $1.29/pound at a discount grocery store. I normally pay $2.89/pound.

This weekend I sliced and dehydrated 10# of potatoes.

Right now I'm dehydrating frozen mixed vegetables from the store. I'm going to use it make my own dehydrated vegetable soup in a jar.

So far I have only used dehydrated cabbage in soups.

It's not smelly as onion and garlic but you might want to dehydrate it outside.
