Default Hello from AZ

Hello, We have subscribed to BHM for quite awhile now while living on our (owned by the bank) 2 1/2 acres, while homeschooling our children and raising dairy (Nubian) goats. We have tried to learn to be as self sufficient as possible. We just opened escrow on 40 acres in northern AZ and we are going to start a meat goat herd. We will then be almost debt free except for the land payments. It is an owner carry and we will pay it off as quickly as possible. We will build our house out of pocket and we will be off grid. Yaaay!! We are so excited that we can hardly stand it.

Welcome Southland,
Enjoy the site. We are in southern AZ and homeschool as well.
