Talking efficient house, planting by the moon

Here's my two articles for this month. The first is on an unbelievable house being built.
The second is on Planting by the moon. (and NO I don't get paid by how many people who look at them, as one of you guys said last month....I get paid whether anybody looks at them! I just like to share them with you guys!)

(This one features Roy's granny! in the planting by the moon!)

Thank you for sharing your articles with us.

Especially enjoyed the second that brought back memories from my childhood. We always planted the garden on Good Friday, too. Don't ever remember having it fail. Grandma made lye soap by the moon, too. Remember when folks would talk about planting crops by the moon. Over the years mention of it faded away.

Thank you for bringing back those memories.

My Grandparents did most things by the moon.
Grandma was cooking bacon one morning and said see that bacon curl up.
They butchered the pig at the wrong phase of the moon.

thank you for your comments. I was greatly helped in the "moon" article by folks on this forum and the homesteadingtoday forum. I find it fascinating and plan to continue to study about it!
