That would be great.
We just bottled a batch last monday.
Best wine DH ever made was with blackberries and a burgundy yeast. Or the yellow cherries that made a fantastic sherry.

Default beer and wine section

As an author of a beer and wine making book my answer is definately yes, yes, yes. Back in 1967, we were so broke that making our own beer and wine was the only way to go and the way the economy is going it is still the only way to go.

It came to be, it's up top under the other subsections. Recipes, canning&preserving bread and grain, then beverage making.

I vote yes and totally agree with Karamaria. wine making as an art, it has endless possibilities as to the kinds that can be made. I don't drink much, maybe 2 or 3 on the weekend but I love making it and seeing how it turns out. This spring when the sap is running I am going to make a recipe for maple sap/peach/strawberry mead
