I see everything is listed by serving yet I couldn't find how many ounces per serving.

"Currently, it is 1 cup per serving. "

This is freeze dried, right? Is that one cup of dried food, or one cup of dehydrated?

How are the packets packaged? If you open one, are you stuck with a large amount of that type food? Or can you reseal the package?

I'm also curious about the proportion of "filler" to protein. That is, how much is meat and how much is rice or pasta? And, just to confirm, this is meat, not TVP?

Most of Wise Food is Freeze dried, with a little being dehydrated. The packages are packed in airtight nitrogen packed Mylar pouches, and then encased in durable plastic containers. If you open a packet, all the other packets are sealed, which means the other food is still good for up to 25 years.

The Meat bucket we offer is Real meat, no TVP. Wise Food does have TVP in their other meals, but in the Meat bucket, it is meat only.

Default bucket contents volume

This is very tempting but I'm often a bit slow and I'm still not clear on volume of product. Does each packet with one serving contain enough product to fill one cup by volume before or after reconstituting? TIA

Great question, the 1 cup is after reconstituting.

We just placed an order earlier today and FedEx has picked up the package already, so they ship quickly.
