Default A chicken in a egg

I bought this some time ago to give as a house warming present but now it's not needed for that so I think I'll put it in a small goose egg and make the inside look like a chicken/barn yard. What do you think? Cut idea?

I put it on "Share" thinking it would be visiable to all. It's one of those little 2" tall ceramic figuerine's, in this case a tiny rooster, that are boxes. Not big enough for a jewelery box but they always have a hinged opening somewhere. Originally from France I think.
