Default Seabreeze Soap-Need a recipe

Not just the scent seabreeze but actual soap. Years ago Seabreeze brand astringent made a glycerin type soap sold in the same area. One was a seafoam green color the other a light blue. This stuff was the cats whiskers for drying up poison ivy fast but of course they stopped making/selling it.
We are trying to make some for home use. Poison ivy is not all it was good for, it was great for acne & heat rash. all the recipes i find online seem to focus on the scent. I can't even find an image of the old bar to show you.
Does anyone know what i am talking about & a recipe for it?

active ingredients would be good to add to a soap base.

Not to sound dumb but what do you mean? Like make a lye soap & add Seabreeze in it? Since they don't make the soap anymore i am not sure what the active/inactive ingredients were. I figure it probably had glycerin because it was a translucent bar.
Does anyone have any other medicinal type soap recipe ideas.
