Default Site dumping me to Verizon Search

Gentlemen, for some reason whenever I move from one forum topic to another, I get dumped to the Verizon search engine with the message they couldn't find the Backwoods Home site.

I get this problem whether I am on the ChromeBook or on the Linux machine

Is there anything you can do about this problem?

Thanks.

Hi, rubyyarn. Sorry you're having trouble with the Forum.

I checked on two computers using Firefox and Chrome and all seems well.

I suspect the issue is with Verizon. Perhaps they are timing our your connection and when you try to change topics, it chokes because the connection is dead, then reestablishes it keeping you in the same topic.

That's a total guess. Does anyone else have any ideas?

Please try contacting Verizon and explaining the problem. If you or they figure it out, please post in this thread to let us all know in case anyone else has the same issue.

Thanks!

Oliver

Thanks, Oliver.

I suspect that you are right as I am now having the same problem with other Internet sites. Looks like I need to have a talk with Verizon...

This problem seems to have resolved itself. Verizon must have had PMS or something...

I appreciate your help
