Default Linux Mint 17 "The Coplete Anthology" index??

I received the "The Complete Anthology" in the mail yesterday. Checked out a PDF of the 1st two years. It's great.

This morning I wanted to search for info about home fruit orchards; but I can't view the IDX files. I've several video viewers including VLC, SMplayer etc, but not one that will load the index,. This severely limits the usefullness for the Anthology.

Has anyone a solution? I'm searching the Linut Mint/Ubuntu forums and will post back any results.

Default Convert the file

Maybe something here from Google will help you (also, you might use wine to display with a Windows player inside your Linux OS). Further, vlc claims to be able to open those files. Check out your vlc player's setup.
