Default Paper Perfect Storage

Trying to get organized semi-annual "paper purge" and "kick it to the curb".

Does anyone here use a Neat machine that scans, categorizes and files and stores documents, receipts, etc.? (Seen on TV).

There is another type of Neat-like organizer that Walmart sells that has perfect 5* feedback re performance, unlike the Neat machine.

I have a "thing" for patterns, info, recipes, etc. So have to find a way to store this stuff and retrieve it after I cull through it twice a year. Don't want to print out again, which would more paper and defeat the reason getting the machine(s).

Would you consider purchasing a refurbished machine?
