Default Homemade Socks Wanted!

I am looking for high quality socks for work, my size is 10- 1/2 must be someone out there with lots of talent on this website.

My wife says if she charged $2/hour they would be way too expensive for most people.....and that doesn't even cover the cost of the wool yarn.

I have a friend with diabetos(sp) and her socks cost a bundle.
Your wife is correct---fabric of any quality is very high.

PM me. I can get you all the homemade socks you want for four or five bucks a pair. No choice of colors I'm afraid, but if you're wearing boots, who cares. They'll be a dark color, kind of grizzled. Postage will in addition.

Your friend may find price relief at flea markets. I buy high quality diabetic socks in bulk packs for $1 a pair from a flea market vendor. His atheletic socks are even cheaper and he has pretty good dress socks for about a dollar.

Tuesday Morning has been carrying diabetic socks lately. Can't remember the price but they have both men's & women's.
