Default "Big Head" Carp...

I found, read, lost a small article that said several of the invasive species of Big Head carp have been found in the St Croix river that divides MN and WI...

They were found just east of Minneapolis/St Paul which about mid way up the length of the states.... Unfortunately.... NOT that far from the west end of Lake Superior.....

I guess it is just a matter of time now...

The one fish they showed in a small video clip was about 30" or so long it appeared... I would guess 15.... maybe 20 pounds... ??

With a short Google search, it appears this type fish is easy enough to fillet and avoid problems with the significant bones they have... And cooks up quite tasty....

Although... I'd rather not have to deal with the invasion to begin with...

Recent facts, details, thoughts... ???
