Default Crescent Wrench BBQ Salsa...

KOWA-BUNGA campers... It is a rainy day here on the rock pile... So going through my new Ball Blue Book, and going through the stuff in the cupboard... Things don't always come out even.... KnowwhatImean... So with what I had on hand, this is how it came out...
Crescent Wrench BBQ Salsa...

2 qt canned chopped tomatoes
1 tsp celery seed and about a tsp of dry celery flakes left in the jar
1 c sweet onion chopped very fine
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Asian pepper sauce
1/2 c brown sugar
1 heaping tsp minced garlic
1/2 c vinegar
1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire (NO substitute)
a little salt to taste ONLY if necessary

Cook until it reduces down some, run 1/2 through the blender till smooth.
Mix it all back together.. Jar... Let jars cool.... Refrigerate...

Crescent Wrench because you can use it on anything....

I figured it could be used anywhere you want/need family friendly BBQ sauce or salsa... I've been eating it over rice.. Can't wait to try it in and on meatloaf...

Adjust heat level to your own ability to handle... I will advise to go slow as it will go from snappy to flame thrower VERY quick and easy.... Take your own chances...

Good luck...
Always fresh.
Keep your stick on the ice. Red Green
